Graunch - This noise is a low frequency noise heard at the end of a stop on both base and premium brake systems. At this point there is not an available fix. If you replace rotors and/or pads the noise will most likely return. Engineering is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. If you are replacing rotors due to scoring on the rotor face, please be advised that the scoring is cosmetic and not a functional issue. Replacement is not required. If you have a customer complaint cutting the rotor face is the preferred repair method. ______________________________________ Contact Us at CAGRIS@Chrysler.com for feedback related ONLY to this GPOP Tech Tip.
